Usee PME's food-safe Cool'n Set spray for setting decorative components attached together with melted chocolate and ideal as a mold release or setter. Great for making sure that 2 part chocolate molds (such as spheres, teddy bears, etc.) adhere securely - after warming the edges to melt a bit, place 2 sides together, smooth, and then spray Cool'n Set to instantly harden the soft seam.
