Shipping Policies

We process orders for shipping within 48 hours Monday-Friday. This means you can expect your order to be shipping within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. 

Shipping costs are not refundable with the exception of shipping paid for defective items that are returned and approved (see our RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES).

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If any items are damaged in transit, the carrier (United States Post Office, UPS, etc.) is liable for the damage depending upon the type of shipping paid for and used. In these cases, you are responsible for filing a damage claim with the carrier in order for compensation if applicable.  Photograph the damage to the item and packaging as well as the shipping label and document any known conditions of the delivery. File a damage claim with the carrier.

MISSING ORDERS: If you received shipping confirmation for your order but it was not received, please check the tracking information. If not delivered or missing, you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier in order for compensation if applicable.  Document the tracking information and contact the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship to the US, Canada, Mexico, and Trinidad & Tobago. If you are outside of these countries and wish to make an order, please contact us at to see if this is possible.
